It’s Official :::: ‘Waiting to Exhale’ RETURNS!!!!

This is ALMOST exciting as the  Sex in the City movie.  Actually more exciting! According to the movie’s leading lady, Angela Bassett, the FULL cast will reunite for a part TWO. Bassett shared, “[Terry McMillian] wrote ‘Getting to Happy’ and she’s written the screenplay…Loretta, Lela, [and] Whitney,” are all on-board.”

The movie was adapted from the 1992 novel of the same name by Terry McMillan and was released in 1995. The cast included, Angela Bassett, Whitney Houston, who starred in the film, along with Loretta Devine, Lela Rochon, Dennis Haysbert, Michael Beach, Gregory Hines, Donald Faison and Mykelti Williamson. As a grown ass woman that’s been in her fair share of effed up relationships (Judge Me. You have too, boo!), I’m UBER excited about the sequel!!! Source
