Last week, while she was in D.C., I chatted with Toya Carter about a number of things (that interview will be up shortly) and we briefly touched on her engagement to Memphitz. Although she remains private about their relationship, she did rock a beautiful ring, confirmed their engagement (when we spoke) and is clearly excited about their wedding day. She took to Twitter with excitement.
