Last week, rapper/actor Bow Wow revealed that the rumors about him being a father were true. He even explained why he was apprehensive about sharing this information with the public. Now, additional details about the situation have also surfaced. Bow’s baby momma, Joie Chavis, did not include his name on the birth certificate. Her rationale behind leaving his name off was because he was not present for the birth of their daughter. On April 27th, Chavis had an emergency C-Section.
