Inga Marchand (rap name Foxy Brown) can breathe easier today. Tuesday, the charges against her (where she allegedly cursed her neighbor out and mooned her) were dropped. The accuser, Arlene Raymond, refused to testify in court, so the judge dropped the charges all together. Bu according to Inga’s attorney–this shit ain’t over.
