Etta James To Be Laid To Rest Today By Rev. Al Sharpton

Music legend, Etta James, will be laid to rest today at a Southern California cemetery. James passed away last Friday, at the age of 73, due to complications of leukemia which she was diagnosed with in 2010. James also suffered from hepatitis C and dementia. The private burial service is to be presided over by Rev. Al Sharpton at Greater Bethany Community Church City of Refuge in Gardena, CA.

Only family and friends are permitted to attend, however, the public had the opportunity to bid farewell to James at a public viewing yesterday. R.I.P. Etta James
