[Photos] Drake Gives Up Luxury Apartments for a Mansion with a Horse Stable

Apparently, living in two luxury condos, instead of one, is not good enough for 25-year-old rapper, Drake. Up until now, Drake’s home consisted of two side-by-side apartments in Miami, in a luxury building, with access to a pool, a spa, a fitness center and valet parking. He shot his “I’m On One” video at the condos, but now he’s given them up, selling them for $2.4million, to the Miami Heat point guard, Mario Chalmers. As a replacement home, Drake bought himself a $9million mansion in Hidden Hills, California, with 6 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a 24-seat theater, a tennis court, a volleyball court, a horse stable, a riding arena, and a wet bar. Must. Be. Nice. Check out some photos of the mansion.
