Ochocinco Officially Charged With Misdemeanor Battery

It’s been over a month of speculation between the alleged head butting incident between Chad ‘Ochocinco’ Johnson and his Basketball Wives’ wife Evelyn Lozada. Wednesday afternoon, we learned that Ocho had officially been charged with misdemeanor battery.

Since the incident, Evelyn has since filed for divorce, claiming their marriage had become “irretrievably broken”, while Ocho has noted on twitter and via ‘Hard Knocks’ that he does not want a divorce.
