UPDATED: NFL Player Jovan Belcher Kills Girlfriend, After Argument Over Trey Songz Concert
This is extremely sad news. According to reports, Saturday morning, NFL baller Jovan Belcher has killed his girlfriend (Kasandra Perkins) and himself after a tragic series of events. The 25-year-old Kansas City Chief lineman shot his girlfriend at one location and then himself at the Arrowhead practice facility, according to Kevin Kietzman of Sports Radio 810.
Associated Press reports,
Police spokesman Darin Snapp said authorities received a call Saturday morning from a woman who said her daughter had been shot multiple times at a residence about five miles away from the Arrowhead complex. Snapp said a call was then received from the Chiefs’ practice facility. Upon arriving, Snapp said that police witnessed a black male in a car with a handgun to his head talking to two Chiefs officials. That’s when police heard a gunshot.
The Chiefs issued a statement that said,
“We can confirm that there was an incident at Arrowhead earlier this morning. We are cooperating with authorities in their investigation.”

A friend of the woman killed today by Chiefs linebacker Jovan Belcher said the couple argued in the early morning hours after the woman was out late attending Friday’s Trey Songz concert at The Midland. The friend, who asked not to be identified, said Belcher confronted his girlfriend when she returned home about 1 a.m. The couple had dated about three years and argued frequently, the friend said, but she wasn’t aware of any prior physical abuse.

Ms. AG I agree with you but it now appears that these dudes don’t just let the women just walk away like that. It seems they think in their sick minds that they own you after a while. In the photo here this man has an earing in his fucking eyebrow, think, think. I bet every dime in my pocket that during the course off that argument she mntioned something about leaving. She would, especially, if there were many arguments/fights before, at some point you grow weary off all that fighting shit. I’m very, very sad for that baby as she has to be/grow up without her mother and father.

People go through things: and nothing is never perfect..we must all realize that we don’t have the right to take another person life because things get heated or if they don’t want to be with you. I feel for both parties family, it’s hurtful to know that he shot her several times…. How do you explain that to there child when she gets older….
She’s wrong for speaking out b/c she wasn’t there. The other ppl who were there, were a 3-month old that can’t yet talk and the girlfriend’s mother. She hasn’t spoken out yet, and she should be the only one to speak out.
