EXCLUSIVE: Derrick Rose Rape Accuser Has to Pay NBA Star

theJasmineBRAND exclusively reports, the woman who accused Derrick Rose of gang rape will have to pay the NBA star $2k after she lost in court for the final time.

In 2016, Rose was involved in a federal civil lawsuit to

“assess whether he and two friends raped his former girlfriend.”

On October 19 of that year, he was cleared by an eight-member jury and absolved of wrongdoing.

Last month, a judge decided the NBA star will be paid by the woman who sued him and his friends over an alleged rape. She has to pay the costs of trying to appeal her original loss in court.

The woman who sued Rose – who used the name Jane Doe in her lawsuit – appealed the jury verdict that had dismissed all claims in her lawsuit against the NBA star, but she recently was shut down in her appeal.

As a result of losing the appeal the court has issued an order that states Doe must pay the NBA star $2,001 for court costs since she lost in the final chance for her case.
