(EXCLUSIVE) TLC’s Chili & T-Boz Only Paid $60K For VH1 Biopic

theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, TLC’s Chili & T-Boz didn’t make a fortune off the VH1 biopic on the band. In fact, the women who are members of the legendary group, were only paid $60K each for the rights to their story and to be consultants on the project — this according to court documents.
As previously reported, Perri Reid (aka Pebbles) – TLC’s former manager – sued Viacom for $40 mill claiming she was defamed by how TV movie “CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story” portrayed her.
Pebbles explained in docs that the film showed her
as a conniving and dishonest business woman who hoodwinked three innocent girls and exploited their talent for her own personal gain.

Where is the new Album they (Claimed) they were making and what happen to the $$$ they got from (Kick Starter)?….It’s been over a YEAR.
It hasn’t been over a year. They just did the kickstarter in February. They got off tour in July and went straight to the studio. It says on their page when the album is coming.

I assume because it’s being reported that amount of money is not suffient.To me it seems to fall in line with how their always paid.They must not have any idea of what they should be paid for anything.They always seem to get the short end.
