Update: Sports Illustrated Model Didn’t Start the Fight, But Finished It

Sports Illustrated model, Jessica White, was arrested in Chelsea after she got into a fight with a 28 year-old woman over a taxi outside a downtown club. According to Page Six, White, who also dates Sean Penn, was charged with misdemeanor assault and released after allegedly yanking the woman’s hair and striking her face with her hand.

Yesterday afternoon, her lawyer Mark Jay Heller, told reporters that White wasn’t the instigator. He told Page Six, that White was out with a group of friends “celebrating her newfound single status with the girls” after her split with Penn, after partying they went looking for a cab. While looking for a cab, Kian (the other chick) approached White and, “hit White’s shoulder” and that’s when a fight ensued.
