Oprah’s new network, OWN (Oprah Winfrey Network),  is scheduled to begin on January 1, but has one rule already set in place. The word bitch is now allowed.

While speaking at Maria Shriver’s Women’s Conference in California, Oprah explained that OWN will be, “fun and entertaining without tearing people down and calling them bitches. Imagine that. Imagine.”
