We hear that in addition to copping an expensive ass Bugatti for Jay’s 41st birthday, Beyonce also threw a Victorian themed birthday party for her husband. The party included 10 guests, all in Victorian-themed outfits, who went on a horse-drawn carriage tour of Melbourne. They ended the night in VIP at a club called Silk Road.
