Aretha’s Close “Friend” Releases Private Conversation On Air W/out Her Knowledge

A very private conversation that Aretha Franklin had with her close friend, Keith Washington, about her health was recently released on the radio. Washington, who has his own local Detroit radio show ‘Kisses After Dark’ on WDMK/105.9 Kiss FM, called Franklin, recorded their conversatin and aired it for listeners to hear. During the conversation, he asks about her health.

What’s beyond fucked up (excuse my french), is that Washington chose to record AND share a very personal conversation that he had with Franklin, without her knowledge.
