Lots of A-List celebs performed @ Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest. Fergie (of the Black Eyed Peas) hosted the show on the West Coast in LA, while Ryan Seacrest and Dick Clark hosted from NYC.
