Waka’s Mug Shot + 1 Entertaining Charge

According to TMZ, this afternoon Waka was arrested and charged w/ a whole bunch of mess.

Allegedly charges included (please excuse my inserted comments):

• Possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce <<==understandable
• Possession of firearm by convicted felon <<==okay, that’s fair.
• Possession of hydrocodone <<==Nah. He coulda had a tooth-ache PLUS soccer mom’s abuse this. I’m crying racism.
• Possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony <<==that’s fair.
• Violation of probation for driving on a suspended license <<==typical, but fair.
• Violating Georgia’s “Criminal Street Gang and Terror Prevention Act” <<==what the hell is this? i actually googled the hell outta this and i’d rather just leave it as is.

I’m trying to do less mugshots in 2011, but it’s a challenge y’all.
