Photographer Sues Kanye West for Vintage A$$ Whooping

According to Page Six, Kanye West (who loves fur but hates PETA) is being sued for an incident that occurred in 2008 involving Kanye, his security team and a photographer.
Allegedly, the 44 year-old Manhattan photographer, Michael Vazquez, was roughed up by Ye’s folks at Guastavino’s for an event. Specifically, he claims that Ye’s security team “assaulted, battered, beat and threatened” him. The law suit says that West, “his agents, servants and/or employees . . . caused plaintiff to suffer injuries,” and accuses them of “assault and battery.” Dude is requesting unspecified damages for “physical, mental and emotional illness,” as he suffered a dislocated shoulder.
In other news, check Ye’s latest single, “Eyes Closed” and an uncut version of the video to “Monster” that has folks pissy because of its imagery.
