Kevin Hart Formally Files for Divorce + Divorce Get’s Ugly (Request No Spousal Support)

Awww sh*t. Looks like comedian, Kevin Hart, who I’ve reported on before (about being separated from his wife and bringing his new boo out in public), seems to be trying to get down and dirty in his divorce with his ex-wife.

According to Radar Online, Hart has “officially filed for divorce and cites irreconcilable differences for the split, and is also seeking joint custody of the children.” He’s also asking the court to not give any spousal support to his ex-wife, and is asking that she (his ex-wife) not be allowed to leave the state of California with their children without his permission or a court order.

Yikes. Looks like it’s about to get real unfunny. I blame Chocolate Drop.
