Clive Davis’ Pre-Grammy Party in High Demand

Apparently, everybody and their momma is tryna get into (music industry executive) Clive Davis’ pre-Grammy shin-dig. Davis, who is well-known for being influential in big-name musical careers (Alicia Keys, Jennifer Hudson, Whitney Houston, etc.), plans a well-attended event every year.

Scheduled for February 12th, at the Beverly Hilton, the exclusive gala is in high demand with invited guests including: “Glee” stars Jane Lynch and Matthew Morrison, Jennifer Lopez, Whitney Houston, Katy Perry, the Kings of Leon, Serena Williams, Sean Parker, Bill Maher, Jennifer Hudson, Gayle King, Jeffrey Katzenberg, L.A. Reid, John Mayer, Akon, Ne-Yo and George Lopez. The thing is, everybody wants to attend. According to Page Six, Davis’ office has been “receiving numerous inquiries from high-powered individuals asking to purchase tickets at almost any price,” but all have been turned down.
