Jay-Z Under Investigation by NBA

An official investigation has been launched against Jay-Z by the NBA. Apparently, he was in the Kentucky Wildcats locker room Sunday after they landed in the Final Four. Kentucky guard, Darius Miller, took a pic with Jigga and shared it on twitter. According to another Kentucky player, Terrence Jones, nothing inappropriate took place. he told CBS that the team members all gave Jigga a handshake and that he (Jigga) simply congratulated the team. But since Jay is a NBA team owner, this alleged interaction can cost him a fine of $30,000. Peep the video footage of Jigga congratulating the team.
