It’s official, today Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon welcomed a baby girl (5lbs, 3 ounces, 18 inches) and boy (5lbs, 6 ounces, 19 inches) into the universe. #Dembabies, which the parents affectionately call them on Twitter, were born at 12:07 p.m. EDT at an undisclosed hospital in Los Angeles. Cindi Berger,  Carey’s representative, confirmed the births to the press. Saturday afternoon, Nick Cannon tweeted his happiness: “My wife just gave me the most incredible anniversary gift ever in life! I won’t ever be able to top this!” The couple is expected to renew their wedding vows on Sunday.
