Chris Bosh Attempts to Shut Sh*t Down Again, Ex Starring on Basketball Wives
The new (third) season of ‘Basketball Wives’ is already filming in Miami and rumors have been circulating for some time now that NBA Baller Chris Bosh’s ex-spouse and baby momma, Allison Mathis is a new cast mate. Actually, there have been contradictory reports that Mathis is in the season. Regardless, it appears that she actually is in this season because Chris Bosh is suing her. For what you may ask? Bosh says that her involvement in the show is infringing on his trademark and publicity rights. According to the law suit, “The use of Plaintiff’s name by defendants is primarily commercial and not communicative. Further the show, Basketball Wives, is not transformative, but rather the use, depiction or imitation of celebrity NBA basketball players, including Plaintiff, is the very sum and substance of the show.” He is seeking is seeking an injunction, disgorgement of profits and further damages.
