On his way back to the side of the resort where Pacquiao was staying, the car he was in stopped at a traffic signal. That is when Sternburg said Pacquiao’s car was lightly tapped by the security van trailing the car at around 1 p.m. PT. “It was just a tap,” Sternburg said. “Manny was laughing about all the attention it was getting. They were tapped. That was it. It wasn’t like they were cruising and someone ran into him.”
