Sad News…”Road Trip” Actress & Model, Mia Amber Davis Dies

36-year-old actress and plus size model, Mia Amber Davis, has died. Most of us became familiar with Davis for appearance on the movie, ‘Road Trip.’ According to sources, Davis had a routine knee surgery (from an old college basketball injury) in New York and apparently became ill after the procedure. Davis, who was 6ft tall and reportedly weighed over 300 pounds, was also the creative-editor-at-large for Plus Model Magazine. Davis was also a trail blazer in speaking out against “sizeism” in Hollywood. Davis was married at the time of her death.
