Ochocinco’s Fake Baby Momma Suing Radio Personality, Jonsey
Last year, Miss Jones of Clear Channel’s “Jonesy in the Morning” radio show, reported that Chad Ochocinco had an unknown baby momma that he was trying to keep secret from the public and his fiance Evelyn Lozada. The alleged baby momma’s name is Hana Augins. Jonsey posted a photo of the alleged Hana, who she called ‘Paige,’ but failed to verify the accuracy of the woman or whether she was in fact Chad’s baby momma.
Fast forward to the present day–Hana’s folks are seeking seeks “punitive damages for defamation, invasion of privacy, infringement of the right of publicity, and reckless infliction of emotional distress.” The letter also suggested that the radio host apoligize on-hour for an hour (odd hourly request, but whatever). Jonsey was none too pleased with their demands and said, “Tell ur lawyer he’s a f**kin fool if he thinks I’m apologizing to you once an hour on air or at all! Yall are greedy bastards trying to get a payday but it aint gonna happen.” Defendants of the suit include “Clear Channel Communication, Radio One, and Robert Littal dba Black Sports Online but not Tarsha Jones/Jonesy.” Peep the full story here.
