Dave Chapelle Denies Plans of Returning to TV

If you heard that hopeful rumor that comedian/actor Dave Chapelle was returning to TV…you (and I) were sadly mistaken. Rumor had it that Chapelle was returning to TV via Netflix, Sony’s Crackle, or Hulu. But the truth is, that simply ain’t the case. Chapelle’s rep, Carla Sims, said that the rumor was, “Absolutely untrue.” So if he’s not doing TV, then what exactly is he doing in his sparetime? A source tells Entertainment Weekly, “He’s enjoying his life, he has a new daughter and is just doing what he’s really passionate about — stand-up.”
