President Obama Grants Girls Wishes, Introduces Her to Justin Bieber

Payton, whose father (Glen James Wall) died during the 9/11 attacks in the twin towers in NYC, wrote the president an email expressing that Bieber’s documentary “Never Say Never” helped her cope with the loss of her dad. Payton shared, “It was so cool. I couldn’t even believe it.” Peep the full story here.
