Geek Chat :: Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg Aint Feelin’ New Google Circle

Facebook creator, Mark Zuckerberg, recently shared his feelings on Google+. Obviously created by Google, Google+ appears to be a social network. According to Zuckerberg’s remarks (and he only made a few directly at Google), his issue seems to be with their “Circles” within the social networking site. The Circles feature is how they handle group. It’s designed to let members set up different groups of people (“circles”) to share things with. The issue is–ultimately not knowing which circle you’re in. Zuckerber shared, “The definition of groups is . . . everyone inside the group knows who else is in the group.” Anyway, that literally just made my head hurt. In non-circle news, Facebook is introducing a new video chat feature powered by Skype. Users will be allowed to video chat with up to 10 friends. Rumor has it that this new feature is supposed to be a competitive answer (sorta) to Google+. It’s set to come out in a few weeks. Peep the full story here.
