Evelyn Lozada Drops Topless Photo Lawsuit

Back in 2010, some hot, nude (but embarrassing for her) photos of Basketball Wives’ Evelyn Lozada were leaked to the world wide web. Last season, Lozada had filed a lawsuit against the woman that she had accused of hacking into her email, Vanessa Davis. Davis was featured briefly on Basketball Wives, but didn’t receive much air time, aside from the verbal confrontation that the two had about the nude photos.

Long story short, Lozada alleged that Davis had hacked into her email, stole the nude photos and leaked them online, all because she didn’t make it on the show. According to TMZ, Lozada dropped the lawsuit because they couldn’t locate Davis to serve her papers. Davis told TMZ, “Evelyn’s lawsuit had no merit. I am really happy that her tainted name is no longer attached to mine.”
In non-lawsuit news, Basketball Wives’ reunion show airs Monday night.
