There are a million theories out there that suggest Tupac really didn’t die in that infamous drive by shooting on September 13, 1996 in Las Vegas. If you ask the former rap group, Young Outlawz if they believe these theories, they’ll tell you they know (for a fact) that he’s dead because they smoked the proof.
