Hips….Don’t….Lie….Is it me or is Kelly Rowland looking a little more curvy than usual? Perhaps it’s the dress or the belt, but nonetheless, I’m sorta lovin’ it (shoes included). She was spotted Thursday, with Diddy, at the launch of the frangrance “Empress” at Macy’s Lakewood Mall.

BTW, WTH is Diddy doing here?
