Photogs caught Beyonce and those bee-striped heels out at the Darby restaurant in New York last night. We hear that she was there attending a Halloween party hosted by Kanye West and supermodel Anja Rubik. P.S. There was a rumor that Beyonce was spotted in the LV store in Towson, Maryland. And while logistically it may be possible for her to be in Maryland, and then NYC, we think it may be highly unlikely.
