Judge Gives Lohan An Extension to Shoot for ‘Playboy’

Lindsay Lohan seems to be heading back to the confines of Los Angeles County Jail (sorta, kinda). Wednesday, she was sentenced to 300 days in jail, starting November 9, for violating her probation, but will only serve 30 days if she follows the conditions set out by Judge Sautner,  which include serving the remainder of her community service at the Los Angeles County Coroner’s office and attending psychotherapy sessions. Lohan had previously been sentenced to a total of 480 hours of community service stemming from a 2007 drunk-driving conviction and a jewelry theft conviction earlier this year. Judge Stephanie Sautner warned the starlet that she will not put up with any more slip-ups, saying
“This is known as putting the keys in the defendant’s pocket….the first time you violate, you will go to jail.”
Also according to TMZ, Lindsay should have immediately been sent to jail but the date has been extended to November 9th, as the judge decided to allow her to complete her nude photo shoot for Playboy magazine. Lindsay’s lawyer said she must complete the shoot this week which is also raking in a whopping $1 million. Well, ain’t that nice?
