Tameka Raymond On Usher, “I believe he gets high.”

The drama between Tameka and Usher Raymond, involving their two children, seems to be heating up. As we shared Tuesday, Tameka is having some co-parenting issues with Usher and would like to remove his right to have joint custody of their children. There are a number of alleged reasons that Tameka seems to be seeking full custody, but one of the reasons that has been semi-confirmed by Tameka (via Twitter) is that Usher filed for sole custody of the couple’s children back in January, while Tameka was out of the country. And now, we hear that  he’s trying to move their two children to Tribeca in New York City, while, Tameka lives in Atlanta. Via twitter, Tameka confirmed that this (Usher’s attempt to move their children) was true. In response to the story, she tweeted us:

Since it’s twitter and we haven’t received an “official statement” that’s all we could confirm. However, the plot seems to have thickened. Page Six claims that Tameka has another serious allegation on why she should have FULL custody of their children. Tameka asserts that at some point, Usher was on some type of drug, or under the influence. She also filed a request for him to submit to a drug test. Tameka claims that in 2008, she found mysterious pills in his jean pockets and she believes he was wasted during a concert in Germany.

Tameka explained:

“I dated him . . . when he’s had a very serious throat condition and he still performs like a champ… I really feel strongly that something was going on there, and it wasn’t, ‘Oh I have laryngitis.’ I believe he gets high. And if he doesn’t then he’d take the drug test, correct?”
