Introducing Trufkit :: Lil Wayne to Drop Fashion Line in 2012

As one of hip-hop’s most widely known celebrities, we’ve followed Lil Wayne‘s series of looks over the years, as he’s switched from baggy jeans and t-shirts, to more bold, colorful apparel and even jeggings. As is expected, as his style changed so did that of his fans. And now, Wayne is set to release his own line that directly portrays his personal style. The line, Trufkit, is set for release early next year at the 2012 Agenda show on January 23 and 24th. Agenda released a short statement describing the collection:
“Trufkit, the new clothing line brand from Grammy Award winning, platinum selling hip hop icon Lil Wayne, will debut at Agenda in January 2012. The highly anticipated line of uniquely designed apparel was inspired by Lil Wayne’s passion for skateboarding and quality street wear. Pulling influence from Lil Wayne’s distinctive style and voice, Trufkit is made from quality fabrics and features bold graphics at a moderate price point.”
No word yet on when the line will officially hit stores…Are we interested in Tunechi’s new line or should he shut-up and stick to music? P.S. Tunechi’s still in South Africa. Monday, he tweeted:
