Community Dopeness: Ludacris Honored for Giving Back

On Tuesday, the city of College Park, Georgia gave a special honoring ceremony for 34-year-old rapper Ludacris (real name Christopher Brian Bridges) for his great philanthropic habits. In 2001 he began the Ludacris Foundation, which focuses on helping under-served youth in Georgia, where he was raised. He works with other social and educational organizations in the area to give back to the upcoming generation of children. Instead of just accepting the praise, Ludacris decided to turn the event into a charity event, and gave away winter essentials to 260 kids in need.
