Rihanna was spotted on Miami Beach rocking what appeared to be gym/running shorts and heels. Turns out, the shorts are Alexander Wang and the shoes are Chloe. Nonetheless, I call the look, Casual-Meets-Dress. What do we think…did she pull this one off?
