Actress Halle Berry was spotted over the holidays rocking a new shiny ring, on her ring finger. The 45-year-old actress and mother is currently dating Oliver Martinez, and is now rocking an emerald gemstone. After two unsuccessful prior marriages (to David Justice in 1993 and Eric Benet in 2001), Halle has previously told the press that she would never reconsider marriage.
