Rapper Jim Jones & Chrissy Selling New Jersey Home for $800k

Rapper Jim Jones (real name Joseph Guillermo Jones II) is putting his New Jersey home on the market. The home that is featured on this year’s season of VH1’s “Love & Hip-Hop”, is listed for $799,000. The home, which was built in 2006, was purchased in 2005, for $850,000, so it looks as if he expects to take a bit of a loss. It features 4,039 square feet, five bedrooms, three and a half baths, with a two-car garage.

The home also features hardwood floors, a gourmet kitchen (with center island granite counter tops), large family room, master suite with a walk-in closet, as well as laundry and media rooms. 35-year-old Jimmy and Chrissy Lampkin, an official cast member of the show, lived in this home together. The home has been on the market for a few months now.
