Nick Cannon Tweets Health Update, “Just left the operating table & I was awake…”

Things are looking brighter for Nick Cannon. This week, Mariah Carey shared that Nick was in the hospital, due to mild kidney failure. Friday afternoon, Nick took to twitter to share the latest on his hospital stint, noting that he had a successful surgery.

Mariah also updated Twitter-Ville on Nicki’s condition:

No official word on when Nick will be released.
