Halle Berry’s Baby Daddy Investigated for Child Endangerment & Being An A**hole

According to TMZ, yesterday the police filed a report against Halle Berry’s ex boyfriend, French model and the father of her 3-year-old daughter Nahla,Gabriel Aubry, for misdemeanor child endangerment and battery against the nanny, Alliance Kandem. Law enforcement officials say Aubry was supposed to take Nahla to school yesterday but instead she stayed home with him for the day. When the nanny went to pick her up from school she was told Nahla was absent. At this point, the nanny went to Aubry’s house to question him, but instead got more than what she bargained for. According to the report, Aubry was more than offended that she questioned him. Reportedly, he told her,

And then allegedly he pushed Kandem, with Nahla in her arms, out the door. Kandem then filed the police report. And in addition to the police hosting their investigation, word is that child protective services are also investigating the endangerment charge. This morning Berry is heading to court to secure a restraining order against Aubrey, banning him from having any contact at all with Nahla until the allegations against him have been resolved.
