One of my favorite BET Honors red-carpet gowns, was rocked by Kelly Rowland. Jesus! I feel like I need to hit the gym.

P.S. Remember we spotted Kelly and Raekwon at dress rehearsal? Welp, here’s why…the two did a tribute song to Mariah Carey, in which Raekwon performed Old Dirty Bastard’s part of the song…member which song it was?
