No More Baby Momma Drama:: Chris Bosh Reconnects With 3-Year-Old Daughter

Good news for NBA baller, Chris Bosh! This January, the newly married (well, not exactly new– he and his wife jumped the broom last summer) Miami Heat power forward got into some deep drama with the mother of his 3 year old daughter, Trinity. Bosh claimed that his ex-girlfriend, Allison Mathis, was trying to keep him away from Trinity. The basketball player took his concerns to court, claiming that Mathis would not speak to him in person, only through lawyers. In addition, Bosh alleged that Mathis ignored most of his requests to see their child, and that when she didn’t ignore him, she would only let him see Trinity for fewer days than what their previous agreement permitted.

But, fast forward to the present day, and things seem to be looking up for the 27 year old NBA player. TMZ caught up with him as All Star Weekend was ending. In the brief interview, Bosh confessed that he had been able to spend time with his daughter during his stay in Orlando. He said,

“[I] spent time with my little one. That’s really all I cared about. I was lucky that [All Star Weekend] was in Orlando, so it was real good. Best All Star Weekend.”

I’m definitely a fan of all good father-child bonds, so I was happy to see that Bosh still cares so much about his adorable daughter. Peep the footage here.
