Chris Rock To Executive Produce New Comedy Show

Chris Rock has a new gig! Unfortunately, though, he won’t be the one making the jokes. Instead, he’ll be executive producing, while new comedian, Kamau Bell, takes the center of attention. The currently untitled show, which will air on FX for six episodes this summer, will feature Bell doing stand-up comedy. Of the project, Chris said,
“I think Kamau is one of the funniest guys out there and I can’t wait to work with the good people at FX.”
So I guess that means we can expect a great show. In addition to executive producing, Chris will also be appearing in “What to Expect When You’re Expecting” in May, and “Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted” in June. Sounds like he’s going to have a busy summer. Peep the trailer for Madagascar 3 below.
