Trick-Your-Phone :: Are you Feelin’ the New Nordstrom ‘Pop Phone’?

I think I’m about five minutes or five weeks late with this new trend, but I just spotted 2 Chainz on BET’s 106 & Park with one. For you folks that love to trick out your phones, Nordstrom recently released what’s called the Native Union ‘Pop Phone’ Handset. Although the phone comes in a number of colors, the one above is a limited edition gold handset, inspired by the iconic 1950s Bakelite-style telephone, plugs directly into most phones. It was designed by French designer David Turpin, who combined the classic style of phones with cords with a contemporary edge. The handset feels natural, with its incredibly comfortable soft-touch texture. The handset works for iPhones and other smartphones, and can also be used for chatting via Skype, Facetime, Google Talk and other web-based communicators. The gold version runs $60 and other colors are a little less pricier. What do you think of the ‘Pop Phone’?
