Tweet Hustlin’ … Jill Scott & Tamar Braxton Get Into Twitter Argument Over ‘Braxton Family Values’

Thursday evening, while some of us were sleeping or minding our businesses, a fake twitter beef between Jill Scott and some of the Braxton Sisters ensued. So what happened? Jill Scott made a comment on twitter, about their show, “Braxton Family Values”. Jill tweeted:

I’m not sure if that sounds like sarcasm and/or shade to you (perhaps the “Finally a real representation” part) but it sounded like a slide jab to the Braxton Sisters. One of the more vocal sisters, Tamar Braxton, tweeted back:

And then, because you KNOW Tamar loves speaking in 3rd person, she added:

And then another Braxton sister, Towanda chimes in:

The back and forth ended with Jilly-From-Philly tweeting:

So my questions are:

1. Do you think Jill Scott was throwing shade?
2. Not that we promote violence among women, but whose side are you on here? The Braxton’s or Jill Scott?
