It looks like NFL’er Victor Cruz (of the NY Giants) and his long-term publicist girlfriend ElainaWatley, are making it official. Elaina posted a photo of her new bling. The couple have been in a relationship for over nine years and have a daughter (Kennedy) together. If that is in fact an engagement ring, congrats!
