Thug Life : Cuba Gooding Jr. Wanted For Pushing A Bartender

Actor Cuba Gooding Jr. is in trouble with the ladies and the law–again. The actor has a warrant out for his arrest, for allegedly pushing a bartender at a New Orleans bar called The Olde Absinthe House. Gooding was hanging out with friends at the Bourbon Street bar, when a fan started taking pictures of him.

Reportedly, he became upset and started to shout obscenities at the fan. When the female bartender asked him to leave, he got upset and pushed her against a wall. A coworker of the bartender called the cops, and when they informed Gooding that police were on their way, he pushed her again and left the bar. Police have an order to arrest Cuba Gooding Jr. upon sight. This is his second altercation accusation within the last few months. Back in March, he was accused of groping women in Mexico.
***UPDATE: Gooding was ordered to court after he and his lawyer met briefly with police Tuesday. He was given a summons to appear in municipal court on Friday.
