[Photos & Footage] Drake Takes Birthday to Atlanta, (Sorta) Hints At Plans for College
Drake is taking his 26th birthday on the road. Friday night, we spotted him partying for Howard’s Homecoming in DC and the following evening, we spotted a very festive and bottle poppin’ Drizzy celebrating at Atlanta’s Compound.
In the middle of performing a few songs, he spoke of his recent high school graduation accomplishment, saying:
Second of all, for the last three months actually I went back to high school, so IDK where I’m going next. I might go to a University in the A.
Sweet. And as for who was there–half of Atlanta. Wale, his rumored boo reality star Deelishis, radio personality Kenny Burns and some other fancy folk.

I’m done with Drake! Have several _/s! First with going along with the Aaliyah w/o the blessings of her REAL family. Then now this??? There’s people who are really on their education grind! ie. ME! And he’s getting all of this attention for FINALLY getting a high school diploma. I got at least 8 more years of school and he’s just doing this for attention.
That was a truly ignorant comment to make because no matter what job a person is in for them to want to go back and get their high school diploma is a blessing. Some people in the industry dont even feel like they need to further their education now that they have money so for him to go back and get a very important document says something. You say are in school and have 8 more years well congrats to you Im sure you are not doing it for attention. Dont put people down for positive stuff thats the problem now with us always got something negative to say no matter what somebody does. Hopefully he wont be the only one who realizes they need to go back to school. RAP IS NOT FOREVER!
