Bobby Brown Pleads NOT Guilty to Latest DUI
43-year-old Bobby Brown is not guilty! At least that’s what he told a Los Angeles judge on Friday. Although this is the third time that Bobby has been charged with DUI, he pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence for his latest incident. Last month, he was pulled over at around 1 a.m. after police believed he was driving erratically in Los Angeles. What’s more is that after being pulled over, police realized he was driving without his breathalyser (he’s been ordered by court to carry the device around). He is facing charges of driving under the influence with a refusal to submit to a chemical test, driving with a suspended license due to a conviction of an alcohol offence, and driving a vehicle without an ignition interlock device. If convicted of the new charges, he could face a maximum of two years in jail. [E! News]
